They were always available whenever I called, even one time I ran into an emergency after hours and Kaila picked up and saved the night. Yes, we had a couple of glitches (mostly operator error) but they were there with us all the way. Tracking, email correspondence, etc. all was provided there as well. I was back up and running in no time, and having to do some analog impressions made me realize how much we love the scanner.
