CAD-Ray Zirconia by Beyond

CAD-Ray’s private-label zirconia is manufactured by B&D Dental Technologies using their Origin Beyond+ Multi-Y material — a patented multi-layer, multi-strength zirconia that blends 4Y and 5Y zirconia in one puck. You get the strength of a 4Y cervical/body with the translucency of a 5Y incisal, in a single full-contour restoration.

  • Multi translucency, multi strength: a natural gradient with higher chroma at the cervical, transitioning to a brighter, more translucent incisal.
  • Smart Incisal™ technology in the top third of the puck for lifelike incisal effects without layering.
  • Strength: >1200 MPa cervical / >1000 MPa incisal flexural strength.
  • Translucency: up to 50% incisal / 48% cervical.
  • Indications: single crowns through full-arch bridges, posterior and anterior.
  • Pre-shaded: VITA classical shades plus bleach shades 0M2 and BL1–BL4 — no dipping required.

Speed sintering

Most CAD-Ray Zirconia pucks can mill restorations that can be sintered in as little as 23 minutes in select speed-sintering furnaces. Conventional sintering cycles are also fully supported. Ask CAD-Ray support for the recommended program for your furnace.
