What software does the Medit T310 use?
The T310 runs Medit Scan for Labs and connects to Medit Link, Medit’s free cloud platform for case management and clinic-to-lab collaboration. Scans export as open files for exocad and other CAD software.
Is the T310 an open system?
Yes. You can export your scan data and design in the CAD software of your choice, with no subscription required to scan.
Which articulators can I scan on the T310?
Medit offers optional jigs for scanning on the articulator: the KAS jig for Artex, KaVo and SAM articulators, and the AM jig for Bioart and Denar articulators.
Should I choose the T310 or T510?
The T510 is faster (12 s vs 18 s full arch) and more accurate (7 µm vs 9 µm), and includes the articulator plate. The T310 is the budget pick if speed matters less.
