They answer calls and messages promptly, and it never takes me very long to get my questions answered.

Yes, we had a couple of glitches (mostly operator error) but they were there with us all the way. I called Cad-Ray tech support and they got me on the phone with Medit immediately. Within a day, a replacement scanner was sitting on my desk. My tip for scanning single crowns: While waiting for anesthesia, Scan the upper and lower quadrants and record the bite. Then i delete the tooth to be scanned.
