The Z4 comes with 3 standard drills, G240, G100, and the G060 that are loaded in the upper slots of the appropriate holder. To drill a hole through the crown for implant abutment crowns, you need another set of drills that occupy the lower slots of the holder, namely the G120, G060 drills. Without these, you will not be able to mill to the access hole through the ceramic material
