For those of you getting on board with oxo pg machines, you have options on what the Photogrammetry machine spits out. By default it exports stls of the comfort caps. Alternatively we can program it to output the stl of this scanbody

What I really like about this is that it’s a fat short stubby scanbody that goes on the mua. And it’s all TITANIUM! So no worries about distorting it. And more importantly you can pop these on and suture around them and when temp is done ,You just pop these off and seat printed temp.

Please know you are not using these as a scanbody itself. You are using it to scan the surgical field with an iOS to merge to the whole complex in the design. Even if you are not going to ios scan until after you are done suturing you will love having these in place to hold the tissue where you want it until you deliver temp.
